Finding responsible tenants doesn’t have to be a challenge. Our Housing First program connects landlords in London with young tenants who receive one-on-one support to ensure stability and success.
How We Support Tenants & Landlords
Each youth is paired with a Housing Stability Worker to help them:
✔ Maintain stable housing
✔ Build skills to be responsible tenants and good neighbours
✔ Work toward long-term independence
Landlords also have a dedicated Housing Liaison Worker to:
✔ Address concerns before they escalate
✔ Support communication and conflict resolution
✔ Ensure tenancy agreements are respected
✔ Offer guidance and problem-solving
Financial Support for Stability
✔ Consistent rent payments – Social assistance and rental supplements can go directly to landlords to ensure rent is paid on time.
✔ Rental assistance – We work with social service partners to help youth afford rent.
✔ Property damage coverage – Funds are available for unexpected repairs, giving landlords peace of mind.

Providing stable housing isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s the smart thing to do.
