Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) supports youth to build their skills, confidence and independence to reach their potential. Youth ages 15-30 in London and Middlesex County can access the system of supports available at YOU.

  • Youth Centres: Our Youth Action Centre in London and YOU | Strathroy are great starting points for getting connected with YOU. These spaces offer support with food and basic needs, housing, referrals, and more.
     
  • London-Middlesex Youth Wellness Hub: offers mental health and substance use services, primary care, and community and social services for youth between the ages of 16 and 24. 
     
  • Youth Shelter: YOU operates a 30-bed pet-friendly Youth Shelter in East London. The Shelter helps youth to meet their immediate needs for a safe place to sleep, eat, and shower while getting support in finding permanent housing.
     
  • Community Youth Hub: The Community Youth Hub is located at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC)’s Victoria Hospital. The hub offers vital support, resources and care directly on LHSC’s property to young Londoners living without housing. It offers 15 beds and serves as a secure, supportive environment where youth aged 16 to 24 can stabilize, access health care, and connect with wraparound services as they transition toward stable housing.
     
  • Housing Services: At YOU we have a variety of resources around housing, including affordable supportive housing units, and a mobile housing team that can support youth in finding and maintaining housing within the community.  
     
  • Youth Employment Services: We specialize in helping young people aged 15-30 connect to education and employment. Our team of Employment Counsellors can help you to access individualized supports and training programs with peers. 
     
  • Enterprise Services: YOU operates social enterprise businesses to offer skills training to youth. Gain hands-on work experience in a safe, supportive environment while building the confidence to thrive in a future workplace.
