Job Description:
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
- Repair cracks and holes
- Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
- Prepare walls for painting (Scraping, Sanding, Caulking)
- May drive a van to and from the work locations
Requirements:
-Education: Completion of secondary school is suggested.
-Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the trade is strongly suggested.
-Experience using roller painting, conventional spray painting, airless spray equipment and brush painting is preferred.
-Experience in drywall taping/patching is an asset.
-Valid driver’s license is an asset.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly, 40-45 hours per week.
Benefits: Medical benefits and disability insurance is provided. The employer will provide uniform and tools at no cost. Company vehicle supplied for work purposes only. Transportation costs covered if a worker needs to relocate. Accommodation is available at a cost.
Important Information:
This position requires flexibility in schedule. The worker will be required to work 5 days per week, 8-9 hours per day, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, (sometimes starting at 8:30am or 9:00am), occasional Saturday’s schedule from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime might be required, including weekends (roughly once every 4-6 weeks) and holidays according to the business needs.
