Job Description:
• Sort, pile lumber into their correct carts, separating by wood species, thickness and grade
• Lift, bend and twist to pile heavy lumber
• Transport wood products
• Assist other processing workers
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:
-Education: No formal education is required.
-Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
-Physical strength and stamina to stand, walk and lift heavy lumber are required.
-Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing and walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
-Work Site Environment: Noisy, Hot, Cold/refrigerated
-Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
-Language: Basic English skills are required
Salary: $18.25 to $19.25 per hour, 44 hours per week.

Important information: The regular schedule will be from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday and Fridays from 06.30 AM to 01:00 PM.
