Job Description:

Answer written and oral inquiries

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Answer inquiries and provide information to customers

Arrange for billing for services

Arrange for refunds and credits

Explain the type and cost of services offered

Issue receipts and other forms

Receive and log complaints

Receive payments

Maintain records and statistics

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Perform general office duties

Arrange for shipping returns, refunds, exchange and credit for returned merchandise

Take customers’ orders for goods or services

Assist with order processing for online marketplaces

Assist warehouse in peak season with packing/processing shipments

Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material

Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs

Check and manage our online platform


Education: Completion of high school is required.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience in E-commerce sales or customer service is required. Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and ShipStation

Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Quick Books, Adobe Photoshop

Salary: $28.21 hourly, 37.5 hours per week.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. Work schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Work on weekends will be required depending on the business needs during our peak season (October – December).
