We distribute four main categories of products: Soccer (all major European and World Cup teams), Guinness, Harry Potter and Game of Thrones products and collectibles. SoccerCards.ca is our Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce division. Soccercards.ca was launched in 2015, and offers officially licensed cards, stickers and collectibles for all of the major soccer clubs and national teams from around the globe.

Job Description:
Answer written and oral inquiries
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
Arrange for billing for services
Arrange for refunds and credits
Explain the type and cost of services offered
Issue receipts and other forms
Receive and log complaints
Receive payments
Maintain records and statistics
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Perform general office duties
Arrange for shipping returns, refunds, exchange and credit for returned merchandise
Take customers’ orders for goods or services
Assist with order processing for online marketplaces
Assist warehouse in peak season with packing/processing shipments
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
Check and manage our online platform
Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in E-commerce sales or customer service is required. Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and ShipStation
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Quick Books, Adobe Photoshop

Salary: $28.21 hourly, 37.5 hours per week.
Benefits: Profit sharing.
Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. Work schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Work on weekends will be required depending on the business needs during our peak season (October – December).
