Job Description:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Clean kitchen and work areas
Ensure daily fresh mise-en-place
Complete recipes
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school is required
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook is required. In the event that the candidate does not have 2 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate is required

Salary: $18.00 hourly, 40 Hours per week.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The employee will work from Tuesday to Saturday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Work on holidays is required. Overtime may be required.
