Job Description:
• Operate cleaning machines
• Clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fire places
• Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces
• Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment
• Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles
• Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces
• Vacuum floors
• Wax and polish floors
• Shampoo upholstery
• Use different types of chemicals to remove grease and disinfect and clean industrial equipment
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Requirements:
-Education: No education is required
-Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
-Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Overtime required, Physically demanding
-Personal suitability: Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized, Reliability.
-Worksite environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, and Noisy
-Language: Basic English is required.
Salary: $15.60-$17.60 hourly range, 40 hours per week.
Benefits: Accommodation provided at a cost. Transportation costs covered if workers need to relocate.
Important Information: Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. (It includes a paid 30-minutes lunch break and 2 paid 15-minutes coffee breaks). Overtime may be required depending on the business needs.
