Business Information: We are a Pita Bread and Greek bread manufacturer and bakery that offers Pita bread and Greek bread with no preservatives for local stores and walk-in clients and customers in the Ottawa area.

Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
● Prepare pita bread doughs and batters
● Operate a full automatic pita bread line
● Operate a full range of machinery including a mixer, a divider, first and final proofer, oven
● Bake dough and batters
● Prepare special orders
● Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: If a candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience as Baker, a Post-Secondary Certificate is required
-We are looking for a candidate who has experience with pita bread dough and Greek bread and operating pita bread machinery
-Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads.

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 hourly, 34 Hours per week

Important Information: Work schedule is: Sundays: 4:00pm-12:00am, Tuesdays: 4:00pm-12:00am, Wednesdays: 4:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays: 4:00pm-12:00am, Fridays: 4:00pm-12:00am. Saturdays and Mondays off. Overtime might be required
