Job Description:

- Arrange training for staff

- Conduct performance reviews

- Plan and control budget and expenditures

- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field

- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines

- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales

- Recruit, train, manage and mentor sales staff

- Lead and support the sales team to improve their productivity to enhance customer satisfaction

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

- Prepare product presentations for sales team and customers

- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies

- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage and oversee negotiations of sales contracts

- Ensure adherence to government regulations and company objectives

- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and collaborate with them to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

- Ensure sale staff meet their quotas and goals

- Revise and establish procedures for the sales team

- Provide monthly sales reports to create smooth and ideal communication

- Manage and create market targets, customer visits and travel schedules to leverage sales

- Create marketing strategies to showcase the company in line with its visions and goals.


- Education: A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field is required.

-Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation are required

- Knowledge in manufacturing insulating glass components is an asset

- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Sitting, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods.

- Ability to supervise: Up to 12 people

- Driver’s License is required

- Salary: $57.69 - $59.69 hourly, 40-44 Hours per week

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. Work Schedule is from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30PM. 2 to 3 weekends per month the worker will travel to different locations throughout Canada (except Quebec) and North America for working purposes. Overtime will be required depending on the business needs.
