Job Duties:
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
• Mix, pour and spread materials
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• May tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
• Chipping concrete and concrete removal
• Mixing, pouring and spreading concrete, asphalt, or gravel
• Using powered tools such as Jack-hammers
• Digging, spreading and levelling dirt and gravel
• Performing a variety of routine, non-machine tasks, such as removing forms from set concrete, painting and other related tasks
• Lifting, carrying and holding building materials, tools, and supplies; cleaning tools, equipment, materials, and work areas
Requirements
Education: Not required.
Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided. Work under different weather conditions.
Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Overtime may be required.

Salary: $23.61 - $25.61 hourly, 30-50 hours per week.
Benefits: Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided. Transportation costs covered if worker needs to relocate. Accommodation available at a discounted rate. Transportation provided from one work site to another at no cost.
Important Information: Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (It includes a 30-minute paid lunch). However, flexibility on schedule is required. Work on weekends or evenings may be needed depending on the requirements of the project. Overtime may be required. Shifts may vary depending on weather conditions. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week during winter.
