Guidelines for Use
YOU does not allow obscene, explicit or racial comments or posts. Nor do we allow comments that are abusive, hateful or intended to defame anyone or any organization.
YOU social media sites are not for personal use. Comments involving personal issues with YOU will be removed. Participants use social media at their own risk, taking personal responsibility for all comments, username and information provided. It is recommended that participants/users regularly check their security settings. YOU reserves the right to delete comments that are considered:
- Advertising or promotion of services, products or political organizations
- Clearly off-topic or disruptive
- Advocating illegal activity
- Infringement of copyrights or trademarks
- A violation of any YOU policy
- Personal attacks, insults or threatening language
- Private, personal information

Response to Questions and Inaccurate Posts
While YOU encourages interaction with the public, responses will only be provided to questions or requests for information that contain valid contact information (full name, email address and phone number).
YOU will endeavour to respond to requests for information as soon as possible.
The designated staff contributors may decline to respond to questions or queries online and, instead, respond “offline” directly to the individual who made the query.
YOU will endeavour to correct inaccurate and misleading information that may lead to broader public misunderstanding of YOU.
